French Beans with Tempeh

French beans (1 Cup)

Tempeh (1 Cup)

Tau Kwa (1 Cup)

Our Signature Hei Bee Hiam (3 Tablespoon)

Sugar (1 Teaspoon)

Water (1 Tablespoon)

Garlic (2 Cloves)
Directions

Assemble ingredients in room temperature.

Dice the tau kwa and the tempeh.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and pan fry both till golden brown.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil, garlic and fry till fragrant.

Then, add the French beans and fry for a 3-5 mins.

Add the tau kwa and tempeh.

Continue to fry and stir it.

Add our Signature Hae Bee Hiam and mix well.

Season with sugar and water.

Cover and let the dishes simmer for a minute.

Take pan off heat and plate.
